Polestar launched into the Australian market in November 2021, shortly after lock-out restrictions were lifted. At the time Polestar had no field sales force, and no physical spaces (dealerships). In Partnership with the agency Design Team, Mash recruited, trained, managed and motivated teams across Australia to run test drive programs from pop-up locations in target market rich locations.
2.5 years on from launch, in 2024, Mash staff continue to support Polestar retail spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and support at the largest EV events across Australia and help to switch on new markets in Canberra, Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast.
