Samsung

In partnership with Cheil, this 4-week activation to support the launch of the Flip & Fold 4’s was reminiscent of the Galaxy Studio activations that had run globally prior to the pandemic.  This activation focused more heavily on retail support than previous iterations, as the Flip & Fold devices truly offer a unique user experience that, once trialed, is hard to forget and so a more immediate push to retail made sense.

We have been partnering with Cheil and Samsung since 2017, staffing their annual Galaxy Studio activations in Parramatta and Melbourne Central and their landmark Vivid activations.  The challenge with this activation was timing, as the pandemic was still so fresh in everyone’s minds, especially in Melbourne.  But in 4 weeks we engaged with over 20,000 customers with an average dwell time of 4+ minutes.
